- Quality assurance of wedding invitation contents
- Representation in submitting/filing of pre-marriage documents (only if permitted by concerned Institution)
- Follow-up coordination with all suppliers and/or points of contact (including scheduling of necessary meetings with suppliers)
- Planning and coordination of prenuptial photoshoot (if there is any)
- Ground planning inclusive of assistance in the layout of reception seat plan (inclusive of 1 pre-event location ocular; for out-of-town weddings, additional pre-event oculars/errands may be requested with corresponding additional transportation cost)
- Assistance in music selection for ceremony and reception

- Plotting of detailed Wedding Day Itinerary/Timeline

- Event Day Coordination:
- Assistance from six (6) event coordinators, one of whom will serve as a personal assistant to the bride, one as personal assistant to the groom
- Ceremony coordination (including overseeing of music queue, entrance of bridal entourage, and other tasks related to the ceremony proper)
- Supervision of suppliers’ arrival and delivery of supplies
- Inventory of items brought by suppliers (flowers, cake, catering menu, lights, sound system, etc.)
- Distribution of flowers to bridal entourage
- Assistance for the couple from hotel to church and reception areas
- Assistance in conducting the order of pictorial during the ceremony and reception
- Guest reception and ushering (including signing of guestbook or creative guestlog)
- Direction of reception program flow
- Distribution of souvenirs
- Collection and inventory of gifts
- Distribution of supplier meals
- Disbursement of payments to suppliers on the day of the event
- Turn-over of materials for clients’ safekeeping after the event.
